By using this site, answering our survey, or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
This site describes our services for AV and smart home integrators and lets you request a call. Any work together is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. No guarantees
Results depend on your market, offer, sales process, and follow-through. Figures on this site, such as pipeline generated for our partners, describe past results and are not a promise of what you'll get. We don't guarantee any number of leads, consults, sales, or revenue.
3. Free Digital Showroom Preview
When you book a call, we may make up to three sample video ads for your business so you can see what your ads could look like. The preview is free and comes with no obligation to buy. By booking, you confirm that we may use photos and videos of your projects that you send us or that you've posted publicly (such as your website or social profiles) to make the preview. The preview is for your review; we won't run it as an ad without your written OK.
4. Text messages
Halvy Bros Systems sends texts about calls you book with us: confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email ops@halversonbros.com. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
5. Our content
The text, video, graphics, and design on this site belong to Halverson Brothers LLC. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
6. Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it's posted here.
